We are thrilled to have this year’s Giving Week align with the pillars of our recently launched Capital Campaign. Combined, our giving efforts aim to transform student experiences, expand the university’s global impact, fuel special bonds in the CMU community, and Fire Up for initiatives that help us all.
How to Participate:
Give a gift now or between September 21–25 to the CMU scholarship or fund of your choice. Each day of Giving Week, we will focus on different areas of need. The giving goal is $550,134 to support students in need. Any gift counts!

CMU Alumni and Friends, you really Fired Up for Giving Week!
Thanks to the enormous generosity of the CMU community, Giving Week 2026 raised a record $557,582 from 2,151 gifts. For the first time in CMU Giving Week history, we surpassed $550,000, making this our highest fundraising total ever.
Coming on the heels of the launch of Forge the Future, your incredible support proves that our CMU community can accomplish anything when we come together. Your generosity will directly impact CMU students today and beyond. Thank you for igniting the path to success.

You’ve truly helped students cross the finish line! The Finish Up Chips Scholarship received another $500 from donors, creating an impact of $1,000 in this last matching challenge. A total impact of $6,000 is going to help students who are near graduation.
