At Central Michigan University, the Oros Well-th Scholars program is redefining lifelong success by empowering students to prioritize wellness as the foundation for success in college, in their careers, and throughout their lives. 

Each year, a select cohort of first-year students joins the Oros Well-th Scholars program, creating a built-in community from day one. During the year, students:

• Engage in wellness-focused coursework and experiences.
• Attend workshops on wellness topics such as mental health, life balance, and personal development.
• Lead peer education opportunities.
• Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance.
• Become an active member of a support, purpose-driven student community.

What is "Well-th"? 

Well-th is the wealth you build by investing in yourself. It's not just about academics; it's about balance. Your health. Your career. Your relationships. Your purpose.

Why this matters
