Founded in 2024 by Gaye Humphrey, the Love of Science Fund's purpose is to enhance programs within the College of Science and Engineering.

These programs promote the opportunity to engage in projects/programs and future initiatives that inspire, enhance, and positively impact the experience for individuals involved in their educational pursuits.

The Love of Science Fund is to be used at the discretion of the Dean of the College of Science and Engineering to boost the programs within it, like the Biological Station on Beaver Island, InSciTE, and Special initiatives of the Dean of CSE.
