The CMU Biological Station has been providing students immersive and transformative experiences for over six decades. Located on Beaver Island on the shores of Lake Michigan, the station hosts one-of-a-kind courses, research endeavors, and community events each summer that cover a broad range of fields in the arts and sciences.
The Friends of the CMU Biological Station Fund supports initiatives that enhance and expand opportunities at the station. Our current focus includes renovations to student housing and undergraduate research fellowships, the latter allows students to lead community-driven research that inform some of the most important environmental issues facing Michigan.
Help us build on the great tradition of the station by giving today.
